JetClub Member Platform
Two products in one platform. A member app for booking rides, and a nineteen section staff system running the fleet, the compliance, the money and the marketing behind it.
The brief
The JetClub website sells the flip from ownership to membership. The platform has to run it. Not just bookings: a fleet of eight skis and their trailers, warrants of fitness, life jackets, locator beacons, VHF radios, fuel, staff shifts, Stripe subscriptions, GST and the leads pipeline. All of it, in one system, installable to the dock.
The build
Members get a five tab app: home, bookings, community, points, profile. Booking runs as one flow, pick a ski, pick dates, pin where you will be riding, and the app pulls live marine conditions for that spot: sunrise, sunset, wind, gusts, swell, tide, temperature and a recommended riding window, hour by hour. Then gear allocation by brand, style and size, with night before pickup and next morning drop off as options.
Tier rules run at the platform level. Booking quotas are separated into short term within seven days and long term beyond it, and consecutive day limits unlock by tier, so the front desk never has to police anything. Bonds, no show fees and early or late upsells are products in the system rather than clauses in a PDF.
Around the booking sits the club itself: a community feed with ride reports and a best catch competition, a points economy with a leaderboard and rewards like a free tank fill, and a referral link worth a hundred points a signup. The bond a member paid is visible in their profile with its refund date, which is the kind of small honesty that keeps people calm about a thousand dollars.
The details
Staff get nineteen sections. Bookings with approve, reject, assign and no show. A staff scheduler. Fleet assets tracked per unit with engine hours, linked trailers and service status, across jetskis, trailers, life jackets, locator beacons, VHF radios, fish bins and back rests. Inspection templates for every asset type, from a twenty four item ski check out to a locator beacon safety check. Timesheets, fuel audits, an audit log and email logs.
Analytics runs deeper than most standalone products: true utilisation per ski against available daylight hours, yield per available ski hour, a demand heatmap by day and hour, a fourteen day forecast, cohort revenue retention by tier, tier movement and a churn risk table. Accounting sits beside it with MRR, ARR, GST, dunning, payouts, bond tracking and an investor view, live from Stripe.
The parts nobody photographs are the parts that matter. Warrant of fitness alerts flagged LEGAL and aged in days. A Stripe reconciliation job that hunts customers paying with no matching profile. Notification workflows for every lifecycle moment. Settings where tier pricing mints new Stripe prices without breaking existing subscribers. And a leads pipeline syncing to GHL, because the club still has to sell memberships.
