Garment and graphic work for one of New Zealand’s defining street labels, including the identity for their racing team.
The short version
ilabb built its name on clean lines and considered street wear, which makes it exacting work to design for: nothing hides on a minimal garment.
The Team ilabb mark takes the label’s inverted wordmark and locks it into a race plate: checker flag, hard black keyline, one decisive red. 100% Racing · No Bull sits underneath as the whole attitude in four words. It has to survive a car livery, a pit crew shirt and a sticker at two centimetres wide, which is why it is built from flat shapes and no gradients.
