An end to end patient ERP for a New Zealand medicinal cannabis clinic: bookings, consults, prescriptions and the patient’s whole journey in one system.
The brief
A medicinal cannabis clinic runs a workflow most practice software has never heard of: eligibility, consultation, prescription, pharmacy and follow up, under a regulatory regime that leaves no room for improvisation. Off the shelf tools forced staff to stitch the journey together by hand.
The build
A patient first ERP built end to end: online booking into clinician calendars, the consult flow, prescription management and each patient’s record carried as one continuous story rather than scattered fragments. The workflow is the design, the interface just makes it humane.
